OK, while talking with my practice partner about my inertia and how to work through this wall of fear around my health coaching practice business plan and completing my website writing...she showed me how just taking 20 minutes to download a sample contract and completing it -- along with printing it out, will help me to believe this is real. There are people who already benefit from my coaching and the relationships we've developed are amazing! So, what's the fear? The doubt? Probably my inner skeptic, who I have now named "Ms. Critical." Since when is she getting the upper hand? Lately, a lot.

OK, so follow some of your own advice. Use the self-nurturing of sitting in silence, a hot bath, some yoga stretches, a walk in the crisp grey air to clear my head, get back in touch and ALLOW (my new word of the week) the blessings to come. The insight to come, the focus to spotlight the next step, the opening for new energy, new people, new opportunities to come forth.
